Our Texolon style Gasket is a molded PTFE / 304SS Insert Gasket - Our current offering is 3/32” thickness in 150# from 1/2” to 10” and 1/8” thick 12” to 24”.

Use of premium granular PTFE resin
• Wide reinforcing insert covering the raised area of the flange
• In-house designed & fabricated machinery providing proper centering of insert, high dimensional accuracy, and exceptional production repeatability
• Proper sintering cycle with stress relief holding steps
• Every 1/8" thick gasket passes a spark test exceeding 15000 volts
