Garlock BLUE-GARD Style 3200 gasketing material provides both an excellent sealability and improved torque retention. Garlock BLUE-GARD 3200 is available in a variety of specifications and meets MIL-DTL-24696C Type 2 Specifications. Additionally it can be used in water, saturated steam, and inert gas applications.

Material Composition: Aramid fibers with an SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber) binder.

Applications: Recommended for sealing water, wastewater, gas, and power generation (steam).

Temperature Range: Can handle temperatures from (-100F to 700F) (-73C to 371C), with a continuous maximum of (400F) (205C).

Pressure Rating: Maximum pressure of 1200 PSI (\(83\) bar).

Features: Designed for improved torque retention and reduced emissions. The off-white material can also be made to meet specific military specifications like MIL-DTL-24696C6.
