Garlock 3504 is a high-performance gasket material made from modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with added aluminosilicate microspheres, designed for industrial sealing applications. It offers excellent sealing, chemical resistance to a wide range of acids and caustics, and superior physical properties compared to traditional PTFE gaskets, with low creep and cold flow to reduce leakage and improve bolt torque retention. The material is also compliant with various standards, including FDA and USP Class VI, making it suitable for food and beverage, and other demanding processes.

Composition: PTFE with aluminosilicate microspheres.

Performance: Provides a tighter seal and better load retention than conventional PTFE, with reduced creep and cold flow.
