Garlock 3545 is a GYLON® brand gasket sheet made of microcellular PTFE with a rigid PTFE core, designed for low bolt load applications. Its unique construction allows it to seal effectively under low pressure, conform to irregular flanges, and resist a wide range of chemicals and extreme temperatures. It is compliant with various standards, including FDA, REACH, and RoHS.

Material composition: Microcellular PTFE outer layers on a rigid PTFE core.

Sealing: The compressible outer layers create a tight seal even on warped or pitted flanges, while the rigid core reduces cold flow and creep.

Chemical resistance: Withstands a wide range of chemicals, including strong caustics, strong acids, hydrocarbons, and chlorine.

Temperature range: Operates from (-450F) to (500F) (-268C) to (260C).

Pressure rating: Maximum pressure of 1200 psi (83 bar).

Installation: The rigid core simplifies installation, especially for large or hard-to-reach flanges.

Compliance: Complies with FDA, REACH, and RoHS regulations.
