Teadit Tealon Gaskets

Teadit’s Tealon line- consists of premium, restructured PTFE gasket materials engineered with various fillers. Unlike standard skived PTFE, the Tealon range is structurally oriented for minimal cold flow and creep relaxation. This creates a tighter, longer-lasting seal across highly aggressive chemical, pharmaceutical, and food-processing environments.

The primary Tealon material grades include:

Tealon TF 1570: Filled with hollow glass microspheres. It handles aggressive chemical, food, and pharmaceutical applications and offers high compressibility.

Tealon TF 1580: Filled with barium sulfate. Highly compatible with strong acids, caustics, and toxic chemicals, and approved for oxygen service.

Tealon TF 1590: Filled with silica. Suited for general services, strong acids, and moderate caustic solutions.
