General Polymer Characteristics:

Nitrile rubber is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. In addition to its excellent elastomeric properties, it is resistant to oil, caustics, and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Its maximum temperature limit is 212° F. Nitrile Rubber is also referred to as Buna-N Rubber or NBR.

This white Nitrile compound is designed using white list ingredients for use in food grade applications and is compliant to the Code of Federal Regulations 21CFR177.2600.
